“Transcend Neighbours”
In February 2021, SKRLWN started a campaign to address homelessness in KL. Through a close discourse with Gary, founder of a fellow NGO (Street Feeders), we were able to support our street friends (coined by Street Feeders) by rallying Malaysians and local businesses to provide relief through the provision of essential supplies and food. We fed and provided aid to around 200 homeless Malaysians every week. This enables a platform for volunteers and small businesses to provide assertive outreach services on a consistent basis as we hold these initiatives every alternating week.
